    • OPTION 1: Monthly Training Program ($50AUD per month). This includes:
      • Initial consultation regarding past, present and future (1hr phone/email/face-to-face)
      • Planning, including goal setting
      • Risk management ie consideration of past injuries and any limitations
      • Structure training based on availability/ability and commitment
      • Monthly training plan via email
      • Coaching support via email/sms/facebook to enable feedback on training/injury/event preparation
      • Advice on nutrition
    • OPTION 2: Face-to-face Coaching ($80AUD per hour). Hobart area, TAS (Australia)
      • Assessment ie time trial/flexibility/strength testing
      • Analysis of biomechanics
      • How to perform better block starts
      • Instant feedback
      • Injury assessment, management plan and referral
      • Training Program (1 Month)
      • Mini-program to correct running technique
      • Develop mental strength
